Never gave this serious thought about this , but after during and after pandemic , a lot of people realised , they are in soul sucking jobs , can be replaced within short time
Do you think it HAS to be this way, or will always be this way? Can an organization have its own base values that are just required for anyone to work there? (No extra compensation if you do it well, but if you don't work by the values, you're fired.) Curious what you think about this.

In a world that is defined by the tenets of capitalism there is no other way. If money is the only reward, this is bound to be the case.
