Kudos on your weight loss and thanks for sharing your journey! You described how sugar and salt are detrimental to weight loss. What about spices?
Most spices are good for health. Obviously do not overdo it. In fact the spicier it is, the more it promotes the metabolism. It does not retain water or supply calories which can become a problem later.
